I liked that the sessions center on a theme and that they were well researched without being too scripted. It was helpful to learn the different ways anxiety can manifest.

This workshop has maybe been the most eye-opening experience of my ENTIRE life. These are concepts that I am just recently discovering. And I think many people don't receive much insight into health or how the body works. And this is yet another space where I feel empowered to take some responsibility for my health. I'm being proactive about my own mental health. You can too.
I ran a thriving healthcare practice as a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist for over 20 years. I also earned my PhD and spent time in academic research and teaching positions. Now, I enjoy reading scientific studies for the purpose of using the insights to help me, and our community, get the most out of life.
I created XO Living as a way of cultivating a supportive community of growth-minded women who want to develop meaningful connections, with themselves and others, while having memorable experiences.
I was inspired to create XO Living after I embarked upon my own journey of self-(re)discovery and realized that there must be other women out there like her who want more from life, too.
XO courses is a natural extension of our amazing community. I hold workshops where I share what I know, and what I'm learning from the members.
