hey, I'm rishma
More than just setting outcome or process goals, but also focusing on the intangible goals.
Helping you understand your tendencies when it comes to making intentional decisions, and how you can shift them to shape your life, on your terms.
More than just self-awareness, being intentional about your decisions is about knowing your subconscious thoughts, your reactions, your fears, and so much more.
Over and over, I saw the same pattern.
Capable, thoughtful, ambitious women who were managing a lot — and doing it well — while slowly losing touch with themselves and their dreams.
so i started paying closer attention
For years, I worked with women in clinical settings — listening to symptoms, reviewing charts, doing what the system asks you to do. And yes, symptoms matter.
But what stayed with me weren’t the lab values. It was the women themselves.
Women who were technically “fine” — and clearly not fine.
Women carrying stress, responsibility, decision fatigue, and emotional weight that didn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis.
They weren’t just asking, “What’s wrong with me?”
They were really wondering, “How am I supposed to live like this?”
She wasn't asking for another test.
She was trying to make sense of her life.
She was navigating decisions that didn’t have a right answer.
She was balancing responsibility, ambition, relationships, and her own needs — often for the first time in a long time.
About how tired she was — not just physically.
About the decisions she kept putting off.
About how she felt pulled in ten directions and didn’t know which one was hers.
About how she loved her life and felt strangely disconnected from it at the same time.
Those were never questions with a neat answer.
The most important part was never why she came in.
i want you to live your own xo life, too.
I'Warm. Honest. Thoughtful. And occasionally uncomfortable in the best way.
I don’t pretend there’s a one-size-fits-all answer. I also have a special skill for getting to the bottom of the issue.
I ask a lot of questions — usually starting with, “Can I ask you a question?”
Clients laugh when I say that, because they know what’s coming next.
A deep reflection, an honest answer and zero judgement. That's the moment where things often shift. Some people call it “getting Rishma’d.” One called it my "Walji whammie". I think of it as finally looking at your life clearly — without judgment, pressure, or pretending.
What it's like to work with me.
yes, i need this
Why is it that no matter how hard we try to be intentional, sometimes things just don't work out the way we want or planned? Most of us are missing a critical step in the goal setting/ life planning/ decision making process. This step can help to give you more satisfaction and less regret in life.
This masterclass is more than just a class, it's a framework that you can use forever.
