Who created this?

Before coaching, I spent two decades as a Naturopathic Doctor and PhD helping people make vulnerable, life-shaping choices about their health and families. Now I focus on something I’ve learned matters just as much: emotional clarity, self-trust, and choosing what’s right for you — not what you think you should do.
